Wet n Wild Megalast: Through the Grapevine

New mani! It took me a little longer than expected to have a little "me time", but I finally found the time to post my new nails.

Wet n Wild: Through the Grapevine

This was my first time using any polishes in Wet n Wild's Megalast line (thank you CVS for your B2G1 free sale!). Through the Grapevine is a gorgeous fuchsia creme and I absolutely love it. The formula was great - it wasn't runny or goopy, and it was very easy to apply. It was opaque in one coat, but I used two.

My favorite thing about this line is definitely the brush. I found that I didn't really need more than one stroke for each nail (except my thumbs). It has been one of the best brushes I have used. My manicures tend to be a little messy before cleanup, but that wasn't a problem this time.

I used NYC Quick Dry Grand Central Station as my topcoat, but I am sad to say that I think our time together may come to an end. I found that I have little bubbles all over my nails. I know this can happen if you shake the bottle too hard or apply thick coats, but I didn't do either. I am sad because I really think this is a great topcoat, but I think I will soon be in the market for a different one. Sad face.
