New York Color Long Wearing Enamel: Broadway Burgundy Frost

Hi all! I hope you are all having a good weekend so far! I'm very happy, given that the PlayStation Network is finally up and running again. I was able to play Destiny this morning, which was great because it was still a little early and people weren't up yet ;)

I have something new for you today. I decided to try one of my never-worn colors, Broadway Burgundy Frost from New York Color's Long Wearing Enamel line. Well, let me tell you, I really like this color. Despite the name, Broadway Burgundy Frost is neither burgundy nor frosty. It is a red jelly with red microglitter.

The formula for Broadway Burgundy Frost was a dream to work with. It wasn't thick or runny. The first coat was a tiny bit sheer, so I added a second, and I think it looks wonderful. Dry time was a little on the slow side. The brush wasn't too bad either.

Overall, I really like this color. It reminds me of SinfulColors Ruby Ruby, a red jelly (with no glitter). I bought it a while back, but never gave it a second thought. I'm glad I did, because I love everything about it!
