Wet n Wild mani: Ferris-Wheel Romance + Blazed

Hey guys! After my latest Wet n Wild haul, I decided to try a something new.

I have never done any of the french manicure twists, and I decided to try one today with Ferris-Wheel Romance and Blazed. Both are corals, with Ferris-Wheel being the lighter of the two.

Ferris-Wheel Romance looks very pink on me. I used two coats, but I think I should have done three. I had a little bit of a problem with leveling, but my top coat (Nina Ultra Pro) took care of that!

After letting Ferris-Wheel dry, I used white labels for the tip. I used Blazed, Wet n Wild's brighter coral polish.

I'm not entirely satisfied with it. Ferris-Wheel looks incredibly pink on me, not really coral at all. I've used Blazed before and I like it much better. Maybe I could try a different pattern next time, something that'll let both colors shine.

Have you used any coral shades this summer? What was your favorite one? Let me know!

  1. I really like ALL corals. I think Sally Hansen Coral Reef is awesome. I have over 40 bottles of different corals.I made need an intervention...

    1. I just saw your comment! That's how I feel about gold polishes. I tell myself I have enough, until I see one that I really like (and probably don't need) haha
