Hi all! Here is my next mani, Copper Elements by FingerPaints. It's office-friendly, right?
Copper Elements is a rusty orange polish with shimmer.
The formula for Copper Elements was very easy to work with. It was highly pigmented - almost a 1-coater, but I did need 2 for full opacity. The brush for FingerPaints polishes is long and flat. It spreads out to better apply the color. I do like the brush, as it's easy to control and delivers the exact amount of polish I need for each nail. Drying time was average.
While doing this mani, the only issue I had was with my top coat. I just bought Revlon Extra Life No Chip Top Coat, and so far, I love it. After applying it to the first nail, Copper Elements stained the brush. I cleaned it and it's fine now, but I think the issue is that I brushed down too hard, so the color kinda bled onto the brush. For the rest of my nails, I applied my top coat lightly, and avoided the problem!
Has that happened to you before, where your nail color stains your top coat brush? What did you do to prevent that from happening? Let me know!
