New Haul: So Maybe I went a little crazy

Hi all! Sorry I haven't posted the last couple of days. As I last mentioned, Chris is sick, and I've been babying him A LOT. I cooked caldo de pollo for him, a Mexican version of chicken soup - which is my favorite thing when it's cold or I'm sick.

Anyway, we went on a little trip to Kansas City today because there's no Kmart or Big Lots in Lawrence. I went a little crazy and bought a few things.

First, we went to Kmart to buy the rest of the New York Color Fall 2014 LE Fashion Queen Collection. I previously bought Crown Gold and Queen of the City, but I wanted the rest. I got Royal Chic, and the Crystal Couture polishes: Blue Majesty, NY Princess, Queen's Jewels, Ruby Queen, and Rule the City. Unfortunately, they were out of Fashion Queen. I'll probably call the Topeka Kmarts to see if they have it.

Then, we went to Walgreens. I wanted to see if they had the Wet n Wild Halloween 2014 Collection, but the cashier told me it should be arriving soon. I walked away with 2 Wild Shine polishes, Wild Card and Casting Call. My Walgreens (2 in Lawrence) don't have certain colors, and who could pass up nail polish at $0.69? Not this girl!

Our next stop was Big Lots. I was excited to see what nail polishes they'd have, and I was not disappointed. I bought Tangerine and Smoldering (Revlon); Blue Freeze and Bold Gold (Maybelline); Blue Persuasion (Sinful); and Caught with My Khakis Down (Sephora by OPI).

All in all, I was pretty pleased with my purchases of the day. I will have some swatches for you soon!
