I found the formula for Manhattan to be a little difficult to work with. It's a little runny, and when I applied the second coat, it was really streaky. I applied the second coat, but it was still pretty sheer. By the third coat, it was just like the color on the bottle, and any leveling/streak issues were gone. Drying time was okay, nothing great.
Overall, I'm not a fan of Manhattan. I don't find the color appealing - it seems more like an old lady color. It was my mom's, until I accidentally grabbed this one when I moved to KS lol.
Do you like this shade? Is it too old lady, or am I being dramatic? lol. Let me know!
